Inspired Brushworks Art Studio Return/Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email shelly@inspiredbrushworks.net to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, indicating a detailed reason for your return.  If your item(s) is/are received damaged or defective, please describe in detail the damage/defects noted.  After receiving the RMA number by email, secure the item in its original packaging along with the RMA email and mail your return to the following address:

RETURN SHIPPING

If the reason for your return is damaged/defective merchandise, we will cover the cost of return shipping.  Please use the prepaid shipping label that you will receive in the email along with your RMA # to send your package back to us.  If you are returning merchandise for any other reason than damage or defects, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges.  We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method of shipping your merchandise back to us.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of the returned merchandise, we will process your refund. Please allow at least 3 business days from the receipt of your return to process your refund. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return/refund has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

All sales are final for clearance items and no returns will be accepted for reasons other than damaged/defective merchandise. For commissioned custom artwork, this return policy does not apply. Our satisfaction guarantee for commissioned artwork will be discussed with you at the time of your commission request.

RESTOCKING FEE

A 10% restocking fee will apply and will be deducted from the refund amount for any returns due to reasons other than damage/defects. In the case of items received damaged or defective, a restocking fee will not be charged and a full refund will be issued.
