At Inspired Brushworks, we aim to provide clear and transparent insights into our shipping policies and fulfillment processes. Please take a moment to review the following information about our shipping prices, delivery times, and service options before placing your order. ORDER PROCESSING AND FULFILLMENT TIMES
Inspired Brushworks requires a maximum of 3 business days to process orders once they are received. However, in most cases, orders are shipping by the next business day.
Inspired Brushworks offers economy free shipping for all orders to locations within the continental United States. The carrier used for the economy free shipping option will vary depending upon size of package and transit time to ensure the most expedient delivery to the customer. If faster delivery is required for merchandise purchased, three shipping options are also offered at a cost to the customer. Carriers, transit times, and costs for these paid shipping options are detailed in the table below. Note: The transit times listed in the table below are in addition to our order processing time of up to 3 business days.
As noted in the table above, the shipping charges for paid shipping options will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on package dimensions/weight and the destination address.
Shopify has agreements in place with many shipping carriers, which allow customers to receive discounted shipping rates in most cases. Therefore, shipping rates for the paid options will likely be less than what can be obtained at the counter of carrier retail locations.
COMMUNICATIONS AND ORDER TRACKING
After each successfully placed order, we will send an email to the email address provided at the time of order with details of the purchase. Once the order has been processed and shipped, we will send an email including carrier through which the shipment was made, an estimated delivery date, and an order tracking number (if available) for the purposes of tracking the order shipment.
