Collection: Art Classes & Workshops - Now Enrolling

Inspired Brushworks' art classes and workshops cover a variety of techniques using various mediums including acrylic paint, acrylic ink, oil paint and watercolor. If you’ve never painted before but have always wanted to explore your artistic side, or if you're an experienced artist of any skill level looking to expand your knowledge, these classes would be perfect for you! No prior experience necessary—just a passion for creativity and a willingness to learn!

Shelly Miller, certified art instructor, will instruct and guide you step-by-step, teaching you how to mix colors, create beautiful brushstrokes, and express yourself through art. Instruction is also given on various apps and programs that you can use to facilitate creation of reference photos and to critique your work. The learning doesn't end once you leave the class or workshop, as Shelly keeps an open line of communication with you, offering critique and advice at no cost while you're practicing the techniques you've learned during independent study at home.

All supplies needed to complete the project are provided for each class and included in the cost of tuition, unless otherwise specified. Our studio is nestled in the beautiful Shenandoah Valley and is a climate-controlled, comfortable, and cozy space in which to learn.
